Before Nonna left we took her on one last adventure to our favorite zoo. Those of you who are regular readers know we have the most perfect little zoo here close to home where the kids can really enjoy the day and get literally "hands on" excitement. We really loved sharing all this with Nonna as she was likely tired of hearing about the penguins and sheep from all the stories. We saw everything and even rode the "blue train" which is always the highlight of the afternoon. Nonna was also able to ride the carousel with ADL not once but twice - the first time he did not like the selection of "animal" because it did not actually go up and down (lesson learned). All and all it was a great day to enjoy the zoo all together. Next time you come and visit we will take you there because we are very grateful members (thanks Auntie Chrissy). XOXO
P.S. Doesn't ADL's favorite sheep look a little like5 "Dolly" - know only my sweet B.I.L. will get a good laugh from that one. Love you Sean!!!
