Angelo Arrives - May 16th -

Laterza 3.0 has finally arrived and we are thrilled. Angelo James (A.J.) arrived on May 16th after more then a little prodding to much joy from all of us. Angelo was a very healthy 8lbs 12 ozs born au natural at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ. Angelo looks to be the spitting image of his older brother Nino right from the get go and Mama and Daddy both did a double take at the resemblance. We were over the moon thrilled that he was here, happy and healthy.

Angelo slept pretty well in the hospital which made mommy thrilled and loved his visits from his brothers (dressed in their scrubs which were quite a hit with the staff), PopPop and Auntie Chrissy. Also for a good laugh the hospital served Mommy and Daddy a room service romantic dinner for two.... the food was not bad but we laughed at how tired we were and that we did not even open the non-alcoholic (thank you lactation specialist) bubbly.

A.J. left the hospital with a very good health record and a pretty outstanding appetite which is all fantastic. It was a little odd to have so many little faces in the car but definitely exciting -

Angelo - 8.12 weight 20 1/2" long 9.9 Apgar

Antonio - 7.12 weight 20 1/2" long 9.5 Apgar
Alessandro - 9.1 weight 20" long 9.5 Apgar

For right now the older boys seem to be thrilled with their little brother - likely because he greeted them with fabulous presents at the hospital - Leap Pads (personal handheld computers with games). They have three sets of Big Brother Shirts (thank you Mama Boal) and everyone has been so kind to make over them and bring them little gifties.

Thank you all for all your kind words, thoughts, calls and prepared dinners. We could not of made it through Angelo's arrival without you and your prayers. We look forward to sharing lots of photos soon and him meeting all his loyal fans. XOXO
