We had a nice long visit with Nonna for Mother's Day - this was also great because she was able to participate in project "baby wait" and help with the boys as Mama was slowing down quite a bit. We had a great time enjoying school, birthday parties, shopping, a fundraiser at My Gym a picnic in the park and everyday fun like playing in the yard. Nonna showed endless patience with the boys and they loved every minute. She also brought them a pair of Lightning McQueen lawn chairs that they adore and carry around with them everywhere. Honestly it is hard to get them to leave them outside at the end of the day and they sometimes sneak then in to watch TV together.
Aunt Deborah was here also for Mother's Day and we all enjoyed a great spa outing after church, a treat from a very generous David. The boys also made lots of art and crafts for Mommy including some very cute cards with the help of Daddy as well. Nonna did think she would be here for the baby but he seems to be holding on for a little while longer. A very happy Mother's Day for us all to be together.... XOXOXO
